Project Linus on TV
The Raleigh chapter of Project Linus was featured on NBC-17 last week. Eight-year-old Connor received a Project Linus blanket when he was hospitalized at Wake Med. In this video clip, he and his mother tell what this blanket means to them. Susie Holmes, the Coordinator for the Raleigh Chapter of Project Linus says, "It's the community caring for the community." She tells what Project Linus does and explains how blankets make their way from the volunteers who create them to the children who receive them.
