Dear Project Linus Volunteers,
Quail Ridge Books is hosting Jennifer Chiaverini, author of
the Elm Creek Quilt series on Thursday, Nov. 8th at 7:30 PM.
Mark your calendars to join us. I was fortunate to be able to read an advance
copy of her latest book, The Giving Quilt, and it is just as engaging
and inspiring as the others in the series. The Giving Quilt highlights
giving to Project Linus as it asks the question, “Why do you give?” Jennifer
herself makes blankets for Project Linus, and reminds us all of the joy of
giving.
Project Linus will have a table there and be available to
answer any questions. I do hope that you can join us to listen to this
wonderful author and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Project Linus blanketeers!
