A big thank you to all of you - you provided blankets to children in the foster care and adoption program in Wake County:
Good morning:
I wanted to take a moment this morning to thank Project Linus for your willingness to participate in out 2017 Foster Adoptive Forum! Our foster and adoptive families were so appreciative of the 300 blankets you provided for our children.
I know we can't thank each one of your volunteers personally but please let them know that their support of our foster and adoptive families is much appreciated. I know countless hours went into making each one of those blankets and your volunteers can rest assured knowing the blankets landed with children who need as much security as we can collectively offer them. I am quite confident there were lots of little one's wrapped up in cozy blankets this weekend across Wake County.
We know that we can't do this work alone so please let your volunteers know how much their partnership with Wake County Child Welfare is appreciated.
We look forward to having you back at future events.
Sincerely,
